“ First time walking in to pickup order and I guess my order had gotten lost or forgotten so there was an extra 10 minute wait on top of the original 30 I waited. However the manager on duty was very kind and honest about the mistake. She then proceeded once pizza was done, to give it to me free of charge. Now that’s great customer service because now she just created a repeat customer. The pizza tastes great but that sort of kindness and generosity nowadays should not be overlooked so I wanted to leave this review to share my gratitude with the experience. Yes they made a mistake as we all do but how they resolved it was excellent service. ”
“ Got a pizza from Krauses tonight and it was delicious! The pizza was ready at the time they said it would be. Everyone was very nice.This establishment has earned the Zanial Franklin stamp of approval Update: Got another pizza tonight and it was excellent!! About 6months ago I was about to give up on Krause's and apparently so were many others because the quality of pizza and poor customer service was not the Krause's we all love. However they listened to their customers and got it back on track. The last 3 pizzas have been great and the people are very nice and act like they care. Thank you! ”

The crust has a great taste, although I will say it is even better the next day in the air fryer when it gets even crispier. The toppings and sauce have great flavors as well, and are always proportioned well. The ladies are always so nice when they take your order and at pick up. Keep up the great work!
